little reader

elle loves loves loves to read. if we get out of one night without a book off the bookshelf it's a cleaning victory for us (tonight, there are two books on the floor...still, considered a huge W for the parents). however, that rarely happens. don't get me wrong, i love it that she loves books so much but it gets a little old reshelving books like i work at barnes & noble.
the fun thing is that elle has a core of favorite books. the DOG book is in the shop for repairs (she ripped the head off the doggie that shakes his head & i have to glue it back on). she loves touch & feel books. but there is one book that we can always count on reading at least once a night. that book? is none other than dr. seuss' "mr. brown can moo! can you?". it is a must read if you haven't had the pleasure of reading it yet.

oh! the wonderful sounds mr. brown can do! he can go like a cow. he can go moo moo.
i could go on...but think you should read mr. brown for yourself.

Emerson is like that with books too! but it is annoying to constantly pick them up!
