we took elle her pediatrician last tuesday for her 6 month checkup. she weighed 15 pounds, 12 ounces and was 26 - 3/4" long. she's in the 50% percentile for her weight and 75th for length. she's experiencing a problem her mom cannot relate to: pants that fit her in the waist are not long enough. we had a chat and i assured her that her genetic destiny would soon step in and "being long" won't be an issue.
also, we've decided she just doesn't like green peas. she'll eat them, but she always has a look of disgust on her face. can't say i blame her. sorry, dad.
however, she loooooooooves the pears i made for her! scarfs 'em down. we'll try apples next. hopefully, she'll still eat her veggies after this fruit introduction!
