"yesterday" - this is really just anything in the past. it could be something from 5 minutes ago or 5 months ago. you just have to be aware of everything and everyone from her past. it really keeps us on our toes.
"it's been a long day since..." - yeh. it isn't like she's having long days; she's 3 folks. you & i might say "it's been a long time since". again, you have to really think outside the box of possibilities.
"too much enough". could mean "that's enough" or "that's too much". you just have to know!

so you can see that conversing with miss elle is really a gigantic mind game that forces you to always bring your A game.
